Global House of Australian Independent Research (“GHAIR”) is committed to fairness and transparent customer service across all optional paid services.
2. Application Support & Document Review Services
Because our editorial reviews involve immediate allocation of academic mentors and personalized labor:
- Before Editorial Work Commences: If a cancellation is requested within 12 hours of order placement and before an editor has been assigned, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- After Editorial Work Commences: Once an annotated review has been initiated, fees are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with review quality, we will assign a senior reviewer for a complimentary second review.
3. 1-on-1 Consultation Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the booked consultation time.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours notice receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments are non-refundable.
