1. Secure Payment Processing
All financial transactions on GHAIR are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD) or converted dynamically by your issuing bank. Payments are processed through encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (such as Stripe).
2. Data Security & Storage
GHAIR does not store, process, or transmit raw credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers. All sensitive payment details are tokenized and processed securely within the payment provider’s encrypted vault.
3. Billing Transparency
Upon completing any advisory transaction or membership checkout, an official digital receipt containing your unique reference number, tax breakdown, and service description is immediately generated and emailed to your registered address.
